JT Wilcox has managed in a wide variety of business circumstances from the startup of a major stand-alone food processing business unit, to the direction of a $100,000,000 commodity marketing program and as CFO of a $200,000,000 diversified food company. He was responsible for extensive business analysis and problem solving in all aspects of agricultural, food and grocery businesses. He managed a banking relationship with up to $40,000,000 in loans as well as several major refinancing projects. He also supervised the shutdown and liquidation of a major business unit. Along the way, he learned the agriculture and food processing business from the ground up, serving in nearly every possible job category from menial laborer to General Manager.
