Wilcox Executive Forms Business Consulting Firm

YELM, Wash., July 28, 2008— JT Wilcox, chief financial officer for Wilcox Family Farms, announces the formation of Wilcox Strategies, a business consulting firm providing analysis, strategy and execution assistance to companies in the midst of transition. Wilcox will leave his position at the 99 year-old family company to launch the new venture and offers expertise in interim management, business crisis management, transitional management and ownership advisory services to organizations facing financial stress, management reorganizations, sale or liquidation and related concerns.

Wilcox brings nearly 25 years of experience, most recently as CFO of a $200 million diversified company. During his tenure at Wilcox Family Farms, he was an instrumental figure in a number of acquisitions and mergers and handled up to $40 million in bank credit negotiations. He also conducted key presentations to many of the leading local and national grocers. In addition, Wilcox served as chairman of the most recognized commodity marketing group in history — The Milk Processor Education Program (MilkPEP)— headquartered in Washington, D.C. and widely known for the famous“Got Milk” and “Milk Mustache” national advertising campaigns.

“As an owner and key operational staff member of a company that grew from $10 million to $200 million in revenues, I’ve had a chance to be involved in almost every kind of business challenge,” explains Wilcox. “I want to use my experiences to help other stakeholders face critical issues.
