  • Managed sale of customer list, wind down and liquidation of other assets of Wilcox Dairy Farms LLC
  • CFO Wilcox Dairies LLC and Wilcox Family Farms - Responsible for administering $200 million annual budget.
  • Director of Operations, Wilcox Dairies LLC. Responsible for purchasing, plant operations and transportation across 350 people, 5 states, 3 processing locations and $150 million in sales.
  • Director for Inland Northwest. Managed from inception and supervised growth from 40,000 gallons per week to 200,000 per week over a space of 18 months. Responsible for all business planning and execution at this site. Supervision of 2 managers and up to 45 people. (Business unit became #1 dairy in Inland Northwest Market.)
  • Project manager for Wilcox Cheney plant. Coordinated planning for construction and business operations. Supervised acquisition of equipment and final installation
  • Director of Development. Investment analysis and project coordination
  • Wilcox milk plant manager. Took over operation upon resignation of manager and directly managed for 3 months until recruitment of production superintendent. Supervision through subordinates for two years
  • Trained for six months in all aspects of poultry management, from feed milling to egg processing
  • Managed 800-cow dairy and fields operation. Supervision of 20 people
  • Purchased several million dollars per year of commodities for Wilcox Feed mills
