Wilcox Farms Board of Advisors quarterly meeting today. For more than three decades we have assembled family members and highly qualified business leaders from across the country into a #governance board that has helped us survive and become poised to be a 5th generation family company. Rule of thumb is that 50% of all family companies fail to transition to a new generation. That means only about 3% of family companies make it to generation five.
