Available for board membership/strategic consulting to assist with transitions, turnarounds and growth opportunities, I want to share the expertise I have accumulated over an extraordinarily varied career in food processing, acquisitions and sales, management of operations, finance, construction and hard assets. From 1985 to 2008 I was instrumental in every major initiative in my family business, Wilcox Farms, as we grew from $20M to $200M in sales through acquisition. I managed the strategic redirection as we shifted from commodity to value added marketing. Now I’m serving in my 4th term as a Washington State Representative and my third term as Floor Leader for the House Republicans. My interest is mainly fiscal committees, however as Floor Leader I am responsible to coordinate action on all areas of policy. The Washington State House is considered to be a part-time position and I am available about 25% of the year.
